LOCAL cricket followers have the chance to enjoy a fantastic event at the Lancashire County Ground on Friday August 28.

Front Row Events will be hosting ‘Flintoff – A Tribute to a Legend’ starting at 12 noon.

It is billed as a homecoming for Freddie – cricket’s golden boy- just four days after what is billed to be his final international Test match appearance for England.

After a champagne reception and a three-course meal Freddie will reflect on his final Ashes experience in company with David Lloyd and Mark Nicholas.
