GCSE league tables 2011:

Schools are ranked by the percentage of pupils who gain A*-C scores in five GCSEs, including english and maths. The government has also introduced the English Baccaulaureate. Students gain the certificate if they score A*-C grades in English and maths, along with a language, science subject, and either history or geography. The final column shows the percentage of pupils who are either eligible for Free School Meals or who who have been looked after by the local authority for at least six months.
