FAMILIES are invited to a funday on Saturday to raise cash to improve their community.
A bucking bronco, a bouncy castle, face painting and a Halloween marquee will be among the attractions at the former Hawthorn Primary School on Corporation Street, Audenshaw.
There will also be a climbing wall, trampolines and a five-a-side football competition plus a table top sale, a raffle and arts and crafts.
Police will also be on hand to talk to visitors during the funday from noon-4pm.
PC Katie Murray, of Tameside's west neighbourhood policing team, said: "This event is a great way for people to come together and raise funds for the community.
"On the day there will be a suggestion box for people to put forward ideas on how best to spend the money raised."
Pitches for the table top sale and places for the five-a-side competition - open to anyone over 11 years old - should be booked in advance. Call PC Murray on 0161 8569389.
