Wayfarers scored 169-7 before Offerton knocked off 172-3.
At Woodford, the game with Appleton was drawn.
Woodford were bowled out for 188 with S Heap scoring 44, D Clinch 40 and S Elms 38 as T Lomas took 4-35.
After tea, Appleton scored 97-9 with C Clarke taking 5-22.
At Hartford, the home side beat Disley by seven wickets. Disley were dismissed for 91 with Rob Stimson taking 3-50, Rob Whittle 3-15 and Matt Shinkfield 3-6.
James Hodgkinson then scored 52 not out as Hartford reached 93-3.
At Chelford, visitors Langley won by 95 runs.
Langley scored 142 all out with R Hollinshead scoring 58.
Chelford were then bowled out for a miserable 47 as D Frame took 6-12.
At Stalybridge, the home side were bowled out for 83 before Grove knocked off 84-3 to win by seven wickets.
In Division Two, Styal won by 137 runs. Frodsham scored 195-5 with M Williamson scoring 58 not out.
Styal were then bowled out for 58 with D Neary taking 4-23.
In Division Three Glazebury beat Offerton seconds by eight wickets.
Offerton were dismissed for 152 with M White scoring 34 and L Scholes and J Thelwall both hitting 38 as S Caine took 5-19.
Glazebury then scored 153-2 with W Hargreaves scoring 61 not out and A Calvert 41.
At Haslington, visitors Kerridge won by eight wickets.
At the Groves, visitors Hartford won by five wickets.
Groves were bowled out for 111 with Cook scoring 38 as D Williams took 5-46.
Hartford then scored 112-5 with Dave Brandreth scored 41.
