These are pictures of rare and expensive items – believed to have been stolen – that were discovered in a Stockport home.
The Rolex watches, ornate vintage snuff boxes, Tiffany rings, bracelets and a Chanel bag were found when police arrested a man suspected of handling stolen goods.
So far police have been unable to determine if these goods – worth thousands of pounds – were stolen.
Officers want to trace the owners of these items in an attempt to find out whether they were being illegally handled.
Detective Constable Phil Kennedy, from Stockport CID, said police had been searching the house when they discovered the property in a hole in the floor.
He said: "These are the type of rare items that would stick out in someone’s mind if they had belonged to them. We have done everything we can – if anyone recognises the property we would ask them to contact."
If you recognise these items call police on 0161 872 5050 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
