After Friday's light dusting, the snow turned heavy over the weekend and people across south Manchester turned out to enjoy some of the white stuff.
Our photographer Andy Lambert snapped young and old out playing in the snow in Didsbury Park on Sunday, December 20.
On Friday, December 18 reporter Amy Glendinning also took these pictures of a frozen Fletcher Moss Gardens.
The wintery weather was forecast to continue after the weekend, with temperatures barely above freezing and more snow forecast on Tuesday.
