SALE AROUND THE WORLD is a four-hour, open air concert at Sale FC Rugby Club’s Heywood Road ground on Saturday, 26 June from 2pm to 6pm… featuring blues, a gospel choir, jazz band, folk group, classical string quartet … and African drumming.
It’s one of the summer's most ambitious local musical events featuring some of the country's best young musicians from the acclaimed Royal Northern College of Music. A fantastic community concert where people can bring the family … enjoy a picnic … listen to music … and raise money for local charities at the same time.
For more details about this "musical voyage across three continents" go to www.saleconcert.com, call 0845 8335276 for credit card sales, contact Malcolm Brown on 0161 969 3177 or e-mail him at mtb@telecomplus.org.uk
