Very surprising that Salford Tory's are suggesting reducing the number of Neighbourhood Managers. If the Tory councillors are advocates of the free market then they should recognise the massive value and return on investment resulting from the Neighbourhood Managers and their teams.

In Central Salford why bother having neighbourhood managers and their entourage when we have neighbourhood champions and their teams doing an almost identical job-we are paying twice over for the same service-one or the other should go
