SINGING star Shayne Ward will be making his triumphant Manchester homecoming at the weekend with his performance in the X Factor Live Tour at the M.E.N. Arena.

And his family tell me they can't wait to see him sing live - as it will be the first time since Shayne won the ITV talent contest that his nearest and dearest will have seen him perform.

His sister Lisa, who'll be there with family in the front row, tells me: "We're all so excited about it. And it will be a bit of a change from watching him every week on the show itself - it will be a lot less tense for us all now that he has won.

"Hopefully we'll all be able to get together for a big celebration afterwards."
