Misspelt words get their own dictionary

A DICTIONARY is being published today which will list for the first time the most commonly misspelt words.

Bloomsbury English Dictionary will list 1,000 words where people often incorrectly expect to find them.

The misspelt word will have a line through it and the reader will be directed to where they can find the right spelling.

The list of misspellings was drawn up by an academic advisory board of English teachers and professors.

This is a good idea. Maybe another venture could tackle the terrible grammar in use today. Then maybe we wouldn't see shops called 'Booze R Us.' It makes my blood boil every time I go past it. Booze is a collective word, so technically, I suppose it should be 'Booze IS Us,' even though it sounds almost as stupid as the original. Completely correct (apart from the modern, abbreviated TXT-style 'R') would be: 'Drinks R Us.'

Surly someone reeding this dictionery will remember the incorect spelling of words. This is a silly eyedeer
