Rochdale Council have also signed up to 10:10 I rang Rochdale Town Hall earlier and nobody even knew what these legally binding documents where!
However voters - do not worry - some of us in Rochdale do and we will be ensuring RMBC meet their legal requirements to promotee environmemental sustainability locally or face legal sanctions through the due legal process.
This Council does notr even know what its requirements are under legislation which it has signed up to - this is pityfull by anybodys standards- and is the political petard on which they will tangle & hang themselves in due course once this information reaches the public domain.
