A SEVEN-year-old boy is in hospital after colliding with a silver Vauxhall Corsa on Albert Royds Street in Rochdale.
The incident occurred at a pedestrian crossing just after Samson Street shortly before 7.20pm on Thursday (29 November).
The boy suffered a fracture to his right thigh and was taken to Rochdale Infirmary for treatment to his injuries, which are not believed to be life-threatening.
He was later transferred to Alder Hey Children's Hospital in Liverpool.
