What happened when Gillian Duffy met Ed Miliband?

MEETING...Labour leader Ed Miliband greets Gillian Duffy

The woman infamously branded a bigot by Gordon Brown met the new Labour leader at his first big speech.

Grandmother Gillian Duffy, who was called a ‘bigoted woman’ by the former Prime Minister on his pre-election trip to Rochdale, was among the audience for Ed Miliband’s speech on Tuesday.

Mr Miliband stopped for a handshake and a chat as he left the stage following his address.

Spotting her in the crowd he said: "Hello Mrs Duffy."

A clearly impressed Mrs Duffy told Mr Miliband his speech had been "very good, very good - smashing" and he replied "thank you. I look forward to seeing you."

Mrs Duffy’s encounter with Gordon Brown, after she popped out to buy a loaf of bread, was the defining moment of his election campaign this year.

The former Prime Minister branded her ‘bigoted’, unaware his microphone was still live, following her comment about Eastern European immigrants. Speaking to ITV News after Mr Miliband’s speech, Mrs Duffy said: "I thought he came across really well.

"From Saturday until now he’s really matured.

"He’s really giving himself to the conference.

"I think we’ll win next time."

According to aides, Mr Miliband was hoping to find time to enjoy a cup of tea with Mrs Duffy before the conference ended on Thursday.

The 66-year-old retired children’s carer and lifelong Labour supporter has become a friend of the new Rochdale MP Simon Danczuk since he won the seat in May - a week after the incident that catapulted her into the spotlight.

Last month she formally opened his new constituency office and on the same day signed up to become a member of the Labour party.

Gillian is typical of many True Labour supporters, and many of the UK population, We can forgive, but we never forget. Well done Gillian.

It is good to see the Labour party leader Edward Milliband giving Mrs Duffy the respect she rightfully deserves as mature electorate, unlike the last excuse for a leader - GOB CRUD BROWN.

From what I gather, Mrs Duffy wants to see positive SUBSTANCE, not just cheap talk.

For far too long governments of all types have been processing the UN's adgender 21 NWO program and have not been serving the true interests of their electorate!

Wake up people - its time to take our nation back from COMO-FASCIST tyranny!

After over 5 years of both political & scientific research I can confirm the information I accumulated confirms Mrs Duffy is correct to have all the concerns she has expressed.

Here is more explanation as to explain some of the - how, were, when and why :-

Who gives a flying burreto about what Mrs Duffy thinks. She even tallked Anthony Ben to sleep at the conference.
I mean does any one care? She did us a favour getting rid of Brown but it was only because of the way he spoke about her off camera. I guess this is the only way Rochdale can effect national politics now Big Cyril has gone.

I care what Mrs Duffy and other mature electorate consider important to them & their families & there are people throughout the political spectrum who do equally so.

I suspect nobody can ever step into Sir Cyril's shoes and indeed, sadly, with his passing Rochdale is both a hero & a champion short.

There is however always hope. Rochdale has a history to be very proud of and a resourceful & resilient pedigree.

Has Mrs Duffy changed her mind about "all the Eastern European immigrants" coming into the UK now ?

Mr.Milliband is the son of an illegal East European immigrant. Maybe no-one told her ?

It doesn't matter what she thinks because she would vote for any old donkey so long as it was wearing red.

The population of Rochdale, just like elsewhere are being stealthily attacked on several fronts - financial collapse (Banksters robbing all the cash via the fractional reserve system); personal health attack (Aspartame, MSG etc), medical cutback attack (almost all NHS services), selective policing (Common Purpose infected), very dodgy court system (understatement), this is why nothing appears to work - we are being robbed & pillaged by the very people we pay to protect our interests as taxpayers.

As long as there are people out there like Gillian Duffy who are prepared to stand their ground - we will eventually turn the current trend around & criminals such as Gordon Brown & his predecessor Tony Blair - will see justice.

The UK seems to suck a lot of the youth & vitality out of other countries - would the world not be a better place if we helped these poorer countries be as prosperous as we are - then there would be less burden on our already overstretched & failing systems too?
