With the Arndale down to less than half occuipied it's time for a complete re-think for the building. Why don't they try to have a permanent indoor victorian market there, with rents cheap enough to attract a full site! Lancashire folk like markets and will come if it's well done and something different! Pretty soon Accrington will have more empty shops than those occupied.

Now's the time for the planners and council to think and be innovative. Act not react!!
