The only fair way is a limit, this limit being say revenue from a 40000 crowd is counted any revenue over 40000 is not counted this way every club could acheive a realistic and fair income. Teams like Utd, Arsenal and City who attract more than a 40000 crowd cannot use the extra income for transfers, if the Preneirship does go down the road of FFP then a cap on players wages and a transfer maximum sould be introduced.
