But surely this & UEFA's financial fair play rules, based on revenue, are going to benefit RICH cities (London, Paris, Milan, Barcelona & Madrid etc) over POOR towns & cities - who just can't charge the same ticket prices and aren't the centre of big corporate businesses? A future Jack Walker (local guy made good) will "never" be able to pump money into his home town's football club again, thus boosting his "poor" home town's local economy. Every right minded politician, from the less wealthy towns & cities, should be fighting against this proposition - right Mr Leese?
