Mourinho is the man. I know he has this reputation of leaving but just look back on his career and reasons for leaving. At Porto did a wonderful job and led a good team to win the most prestigious trophy knocking United out in the process. But Chelsea came the upcoming team in the best league in the world with a transfer budget to die for who would say no? He had a lot of passion for Chelsea but unfortunately Abromavich got in the way tried to make signings and pick the team as he continues to do. He leaves/gets the sack whatever and moves to Inter Milan he has amazing success manages the team almost perfectly does the treble and then the dream job becomes available but it is apparent how much inter meant to him when you saw him crying when he left in his car with Materazzi or one of the players. Its Real Madrid who can say no a chance to get his own back on Barcelona too. And he did and has but now Perez wants to get involved with the likes of Ronaldo etc not letting Jose do his thing.

Jose is a passionate man and a great manager when you let him do his thing.
