Alan, I never heard of Tito V until he took over at barca but disregarding that he certainly didn't and still hasn't the profile of the managers we have talked about in this thread. Not even Moyes.
But lets be honest mate you and I could manage Barca with the players they have at their disposal ;-))
I don't know who deserves the job but if you are looking at managers who are a success then what level of success are you going to refer to. Domestic, European, both or the man managing ability to get the best out of players. The latter for me would rule out JM cause he falls out with everyone he works for or works with.
Ole is still and always has been my favourite choice and I am sure SAF would trust him implicitly to get on with the job as he thinks fit but would always be there for Ole like Sir Matt was with him. We will have to agree to disagree my friend but one thing is certain I am sure. I bet we hope the transition when it happens is as smooth as it can be and we can enjoy continuing success.
