Platt needs to go SpecSavers pronto. Yaya has proven his worth time and time again and when he's firing on all cylinders he's unplayable. But that was last season and this season he's only firing on 2 cylinders and looks worn-out (or disinterested). Far too many sloppy and loose passes when he's not even under pressure and where are those surging train-like runs of olde? Maybe they can play hime once a week for a few weeks but he can't carry on the way he's playing. Vinny can play that position & Lescott and the young'un can hold the fort at the back - no?
