Why should normal hard woking people be punished because of a few mindless idiots who insist on going out, drinking themself stupid then causing trouble or vandalising everything they come across. I enjoy a good drink but would never dream or want to cause a load of trouble because i've had a belly full of beer but it is now going to cost me more money
