I doubt they do compare. For instance, if you take 76000 reds * 19 home league games and then divide the number of arrests (148) by this figure you'll see how few arrests there are per person per season. That's not even taking into consideration away games and other competitions. I'd love to know how many arrests per person are made in the city centre over 19 Friday nights.
