Sorry, top of league in terms of number of arrests, not in hooliganism per se. Looking at our other North West clubs present perhaps this reflects better policing at our grounds, or differing strategy/policy on arrests by regional police forces? A proportional presentation of the data using a club fan base numerator would also help. Was the possibility of a positive story investigated fully?
