Yes and if I had a pound for every time a delivery driver parked in the middle of the road,on double yellow lines,on a corner,up on the pavement,or anywhere and just put on the hazard lights,,,, Then get in or out of the vehicle without looking,park or ride with no indicators being displayed,or drive with a mobile phone glued to the ear/looking at maps instead of the road/filling in paperwork/setting or looking at Sat Navs etc etc .... I could buy a fleet.....
