They can cancel tickets. I got a ticket and for some reason the numbers came out wrong. I pointed it out, it was cancelled and a new correct ticket was issued. I know this is not what happenned, i'm pointing out other dishonest practices for the attention of those who use the Lottery. I have no doubt there will be many other scams.
