That made me laugh. As the whole "surroundings" including the disused Fire Station building are a complete dump, eyesore and a disgrace to Manchester.

Just walk five minutes down the road to where Whitworth St meets Princess St. The development on the old car park. What a success that was.

Sorry to see the gay venues go. They were a bit naff, but friendlier than CanaL Street.
