Why hide the word cr/\p. It's a pretty mild profanity like damn and bloody. It's not as if it's one of the strong words like the horrible word that rhymes with a government minister responsible of olympics. Please don't turn into the sun by censoring where it's not needed. They've heard stronger in the playground at primary school. At least in the Guardian, if they are quoting somebody they will treat us like grown ups and repeat the actual word.

As for the Nazi dressing tory MP, he's the type who would like to whitewash our history books. We lost the American war of Independence, you lost the English Civil war....get over it.
