To be fair, I do agree with them on a number of their points.

TfGM has a record of unsafe, unsecure bus stations. High accident and crime figures back up those concerns.

Whilst I agree that their new stations look pleasing to the eye, they are often not well thought out. This suggests that the contract firm hired by the PTE to design new schemes, may be good at designing attractive buildings but pretty poor at designing basic functioning public transport sites.
