Well, military-style academies will employ qualified teachers, of course. Some of the foreign teachers in Rochdale schools are not qualified. Some got to madrasas, which are in Rochdale, as we all know. I for one would be very pleased if our young people are taught at military-style academies by qualifiedf teachers. At the very least they will speak in English!
