ok last one may have been worded slightly harshly, so to re-phrase, how does parenting help the general civilian populations anger when Brazillian Electricians, Innocent Newpaper vendors get justice for being accidently killed! Or when the police sell trusted information to the newspapers for personal profit without action being taken? or the anger that their are some police living in luxury after helping the murderers of Stephen Lawrence get away for so long and still evade prosectuion themselves!
