Without doubt every modern economy needs immigration at some level to grow economic wealth, however we have gone crazy. Manchester has always been a city with immigration (i'm descended from one) but the amount of non english speaking people in Piccadilly Garden is incredible and I honestly do not know how all of these people are working, being fed, cared for and housed. I have noticed the 'Big Issue' sellers are more and more from all around the globe. It begs the question are we importing the poor and beggars.
