You would think that in 20 years they would be able to run the Altrincham line smoothly, but no constant breakdowns overcrowding and uncomfortable trams are the order of the day from this most shambolic of public transports. Let us not forget the price that commuters from South Manchester have to pay with little option as there are only 2 bus lines running from Sale to the City centre I dream of Manchester having an intergrated transport system that can compete with Easteen European cities lile Budapest Krakow or Bratislava all of which are head and shoulders above Manchester.
