Why are NATIONAL tax-payers forced to pay 100 BILLION POUNDS to build new Airports and Rail lines in and around London, deliberately aimed at WIDENING the North v South Divide, but are not allowed to spend similar amounts on Cancer prevention, research and treatment. The National Institiute of Clinical Extermination should be disbanded now, and take the most divisive, prejudiced Government for 200 years with them.
