I agree that anyone who has broke the law should be prosecuted for fraud but I'm not holding my breath. A typical example is the few (very few) MP's that were sent to jail but only for a few months, as what can only be described as a token gesture, It seems that the further you are up the social ladder, the less chance of doing actual jail time, but if you are caught being involved in a riot, hence at the bottom of the food chain, then no hesitation, you go down for up to 2 years. Bankers have got away with far too much for too long, now its payback time, and make them suffer.
