I am not a religious person, so I can't offer prayers. I myself have just been diagnosed with prostate cancer, I've been told its a very low grade cancer and I could live for 15 to 20 years without problems. What I want to say though is, I have nothing but admiration for you in writing about your situation, and want to wish you well. Keep fighting and hopefully the NHS team will be able to rid you of this horrible disease.
