start with 'leadershi' - many avoid teaching - why? they can hack it - especially heads and deputies - they avoid teaching whwnever possible - should be written into their contracts - have to teach certain number of classes- and where applicable -that is secondary eg gcse classes - appalling how they are to get away with this!
