I think you mean Wagamama. Tampopo is a small outfit - they've got 5 spots - and most of their places are in Manchester. I think it started here.

I'm still trying to find good strong coffee, having moved back home from a city obssesed with it - and independently ownes stores - but so far I'm striking out and I'm sticking with Pret for now.
