There is far too much retail floorspace everywhere. The appalling soulless extensions into "Spinningfields" further dilute and over expand the retail centre. The Triangle/Corn Exchange is a beautiful conversion of a listed building that has suffered through too much competition. Just look at King Street. Forget the retail dream. It's over. Forget the eating out dream. It's over.
