maybe the unemployed should be made to gaurd the lengh of the Metro at maybe 50 mtrs apart on the side of the track wearing army uniforms and one shot rifles to warn off the the cable thieves, firing at foot level, that should keep em at bay, but there again the human rights brigade will say they have a right to steal the cable
