Is that allowing for inflation, or the unadjusted figure? It makes a big difference.

Either way UK spending on health care is lower than many comparable nations, at about $3,000 per person, or 9% GDP, compared to say nealry $8,000 or 17.4% in the USA with thier insurance based system or $4K/ 11.6% in Germany and 11.8% in France.
