Mock all you want but some of us appreciate good Cs.I have been with Nynex,Cable N Wireless,Ntl and now Virgin since 1990 and being on the top package (VIP) i get a total discount of £70+ off my monthly £122 bill (Tivo,HD recordable boxes in 3 more rooms).So when i ask if i can get free upgrades on BB or TV,they usually oblige. John. If a contact centre staff speak very good English and are infinitly more helpful than or own staff on these shores,what does it matter where it is based? Indian CC staff make ours look poor and if i am getting good customer service,i don't give a rats where it is. :)
