Shabba, I have to agree wholeheardedly with you there pal. Moving to an 'out of town' site such as Barton was a poor idea. There are literally no public transport links to speak of, and unless by some miracle they find a way to extend the tram from Eccles then I'm afraid attendances will reflect accordingly.

I've heard some say 'look at what a new stadium did for the likes of Warrington, Hull, Saints etc, yeah granted they saw an increase in attendances, but the difference is, is that these new stadia are close to the town centres.

West One would have been ideal, or even the land that was part of the 'New Broughton' development when that was available.
