How much would you suggest one pay a trained highly experienced nurse/social worker/therapist to case manage the physical and mental health , homelessness, behavioural and emotional issues , criminal recidivism, communication problems, self-destructive behaviour, injecting related problems whilst improving the quality of life ,happiness and self-esteem ( ALL essential to recovery) of up to 90 severely damaged and vulnerable Manchester residents ?
