Looking at this pic, I've got no confidence in this new development. Just another piece of prime city space given over to soulless buildings. Zero vision and no appetite to deliver something world class. Student accommodation is always ugly and built on the cheap and I don't expect this aspect of it to be any different.

A big thumbs down for Realty Estates who will miss an opportunity and give us nothing worthwhile. It's about profit for them, not what Manchester really needs and deserves.
