John Range. Unfortunaley September will be too late as the 'take over' is on 1 July. I am led to believe that the commisioners are aware of this but are doing nothing. I'm not sure if they actually care about the services as afterall they are politicians and are doing what they are told to do by government office. In another article in the MEN it reports of the police being privatised. Schools are being built and run by private companies. What's next?
