These very serious concerns that could impact on health and community safety across Manchester need to be highlighted. The Council is ultimately responsble for this decision and the overview and crutiny committee meets on Wednesday 5th Septmber. Teh councillors who oversee this are Cllrs Newman, Evans and Priest. They need to understand the consequences of decisions and its impact.
