I agree with Captain St Mary, this is an awful decision. The services are invaluable, not least because of the close relationships staff have built up with serive users over the years. It is disgusting that the staff may not be able to keep their jobs after years of hard work and dedication. I think services will suffer as a result of such a dramatic overhaul.
