Self inflicted is a mute point, it's the thin line lets not go down the path of blame or we could start looking at what people eat (white bread, sugary drinks) obesity is costing this country more than people who are addicted to drugs cost.Lets look at the cost of road traffic accidents, how about the people who engage in so called dangerous sports get injured and expect the emergency services to pick up the pieces, how about people who go on skiing holidays and break limbs, or people who go climbing mountains get stuck and have to have to have helicopters and ambulances out to rescue them?. You see the blame game sets a dangerous president.
