'Shop Cop' Stuart Summers in the photo looks like he is trying to stare out the camera. He must be really frightening! If he looked friendly maybe he would be taken seriously, after all the general public (98% of shoppers) are no threat. If anybody looked at me with that challenging attitude they would get the same back.
