Oh ye of little faith. We lost the league on goal difference after one of the most horrendous periods of injuries in our illustrious history. City do have a great squad of players yet they too went out of the Champions League at the same time. Smalling would certainly have made the England squad but for being injured and the other young players like Welbeck and Jones will benefit from the experience. We mere mortals have no idea who SAF has in his sights and neither do the press. As usual we are linked with anyone and everyone but I for one will always trust the great man to get things right .
