I believe the roads around the new Metro stop in Oldham have been extremely congested, mainly due to people wanting to use the tram but not knowing where to park, where to catch the tram or how to get from the bus to the tram station and over the by-pass. No road signs or anything else - and that's with a 12 min service! If it's standing room only the trams now it's going to be even more horrendous for road users until the 6 min service is brought in and where is everyone going to park, until a decent car park is provided and there is a bus stop somewhere within walking distance of the station?
